The Bar Aesthetics & Wellness aims to provide services around the clock. Our goal is to be accessible to our clients to ensure they receive the care they deserve. Standard Services will incur an after-hours fee of $100 after 7:30pm.

what services are included in the concierge medicine membership?

First and foremost, the membership includes direct access to a board-certified nurse practitioner. In addition, the membership includes well visits, sick visits, chronic disease management, injuries, sports/school physicals, after-hours line for questions, and common procedures. Visits are available for same day or next day visits at our clinic, in the comfort of your own home, or through Telehealth and direct messaging or calls with the provider. Appointments are patient-centered and unrushed, and patients receive access to discounted labs, imaging, and medications/supplements.

do you provide emergency services?

No, The Bar Aesthetics & Wellness does not provide emergency services. If a higher level of care is required, the provider will ensure to promptly contact emergency services or refer to the local hospital emergency department for evaluation. The after-hours line can be reached in the event that you have urgent questions regarding your care at all times for members/non-members.

Do you take insurance or medicare?

The Bar Aesthetics & Wellness is a direct primary care (DPC) provider that offers better access to health care. We currently accept most major commercial health plans as well as Medicaid and Medicare plans. We also provide a fee-for-service and membership/non-membership billing structure with a fixed membership fee for those who do not have commercial insurance plan. Patients enjoy a comprehensive range of services designed to cater to their health needs by adhering to best practices and affordable prices. We provide low-cost labs, treatments, and imaging through our vendor partners as well as free or low-cost medications and generic prescriptions and antibiotics making necessary medications more accessible and affordable to give patients peace of mind while remaining compliant with their medical plan of care.
